គណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា សូមជម្រាបជូនសមាជិក-សមាជិកាគណៈមេធាវីទាំងអស់មេត្តាជ្រាបថា ប្រសិនបើសមាជិក-សមាជិកាគណៈមេធាវី មានបំណងលើកជាសំណូមពរ ឬញត្តិពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងការប្រកបវិជ្ជាជីវៈមេធាវី មេធាវីទាំងអស់អាចសុំចុះបញ្ហារបស់ខ្លួនក្នុងរបៀបវាៈបាន ដោយធ្វើពាក្យសុំផ្ញើជូនក្រុមប្រឹក្សាគណៈមេធាវី ១៥ថ្ងៃយ៉ាងតិច មុនថ្ងៃប្រជុំ។ ការជូនដំណឹងនេះ អនុលោមតាមមាត្រា១៨ នៃច្បាប់ស្តីលក្ខន្តិកៈមេធាវី និងប្រការ៨ នៃបទបញ្ជាផ្ទៃក្នុងនៃគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។

Announcement on the Submission of Requests or Petitions at the 31st Annual General Assembly of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia

The Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia hereby informs all members that requests or petitions concerning the legal profession may be submitted for inclusion in the agenda of the 31st Annual General Assembly. Members wish to raise such matters are required to submit a written request to the Bar Council at least 15 days before the meeting. This announcement is made in accordance with Article 18 of the Law on the Statute of the Lawyers and Article 8 of the Internal Regulations of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
