ដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចចូលរួមសន្និសីទប្រធានគណៈមេធាវីអាស៊ី (POLA) លើកទី៣៦

នាថ្ងៃសៅរ៍ ៨រោច ខែស្រាពណ៍ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ព.ស.២៥៧០ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី៥ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ លោកមេធាវី សាំង វណ្ណៈ ប្រធានគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានចាត់ប្រតិភូតំណាងគណៈមេធាវីចូលរួមក្នុង សន្និសីទប្រធានគណៈមេធាវីអាស៊ី (POLA) លើកទី៣៦ ក្រោមប្រធានបទ «បរិបទនៃការផ្លាស់ប្តូរក្រមព្រហ្មទណ្ឌ៖ ក្រមព្រហ្មទណ្ឌថ្មីរបស់ប្រទេសឥណ្ឌូនេស៊ី និងទស្សនៈវិស័យសកល» ដែលនឹងប្រព្រឹត្តទៅចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី៦ ដល់ថ្ងៃទី៨ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅទីក្រុងហ្សាកាតា សាធារណរដ្ឋឥណ្ឌូនេស៊ី។ ប្រតិភូតំណាងគណៈមេធាវីដែលចូលរួមក្នុងសន្និសីទនេះ រួមមាន លោកមេធាវី ប៊ុន ណាវីណា អគ្គលេខាធិការរង ទទួលបន្ទុកប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានទំនាក់ទំនងសាធារណៈ និងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ លោកមេធាវី ជា ភារ៉ា ប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានអធិការកិច្ច លោកមេធាវី គឹម ផលស៊ី អនុប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានអធិការកិច្ច និងលោក សំ រិទ្ធីសិទ្ធិ អនុប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានទំនាក់ទំនងសាធារណៈ និងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ។

Delegation Visit to the 36th Conference of Presidents of Asian Law Associations (POLA)

On Saturday, 5th September 2026, Attorney SAING Vannak, President of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia, appointed a delegation to represent the Bar Association at the 36th Conference of Presidents of Asian Law Associations (POLA), under the theme “Criminal Law in Transition: Indonesia’s New Code and Global Perspective”, to be held from 6 to 8 September 2026 in Jakarta, Republic of Indonesia. The delegation representing the Bar Association includes Attorney BUN Navina, Deputy Secretary-General in charge of the Department of Public Relations and International Cooperation; Attorney CHEA Pheara, Director of the Inspection Department; Attorney KIM Phalsy, Deputy Director of the Department of Inspection; and Mr. SAM Rithyseth, Deputy Director of the Department of Public Relations and International Cooperation.
