សេចក្តីជូនដំណឹង ស្តីពីការចាប់ផ្តើមទទួលលិខិតប្រគល់-ទទួលសិទ្ធិបោះឆ្នោត

គណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា សូមជូនដំណឹងដល់សមាជិក-សមាជិកាគណៈមេធាវីទាំងអស់មេត្តាជ្រាបថា គណៈមេធាវីចាប់ផ្តើមទទួលលិខិតប្រគល់-ទទួលសិទ្ធិបោះឆ្នោត នៅរៀងរាល់ម៉ោងការងារ ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃជូនដំណឹងនេះ រហូតដល់ថ្ងៃទី១៣ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ឬប្រគល់ជូនក្រុមការងារទទួល និងពិនិត្យលិខិតប្រគល់-ទទួលសិទ្ធិបោះឆ្នោត នៅថ្ងៃមហាសន្និបាតឱ្យបានមុនពេលបិទការិយាល័យបោះឆ្នោត។ ការជូនដំណឹងនេះ​ យោងតាមសេចក្តីសម្រេចលេខ ៤៣៦/សសគម/២៦ ចុះថ្ងៃទី២០ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ស្តីពីការដាក់​ឱ្យអនុវត្តបទបញ្ជានិងនីតិវិធីនៃការបោះឆ្នោតជ្រើសតាំងប្រធានគណៈមេធាវីអាណត្តិទី១៦ ចំណុចទី២.១០ របស់គណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា

Announcement on the Acceptance of Voting Rights Authorization Letters

The Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia hereby informs all members that the Bar Association will accept Voting Rights Authorization Letters during regular working hours, starting from the date of this announcement until 13th October 2026. Alternatively, the Voting Rights Authorization Letters may be submitted to the Working Group for Receiving and Reviewing Voting Rights Authorization Letters on the day of the General Assembly, before the voting office closes. This announcement is issued in accordance with Decision No. 436/SSKM/26, dated 20 th August 2026, on the Implementation of the Rules and Procedures for the Election of the President of the Bar Association for the 16th Mandate, Point 2.10, of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
