កិច្ចពិភាក្សារវាងគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងមេធាវីឥតព្រំដែន ប្រទេសបារាំង

នាថ្ងៃសុក្រ ៧រោច ខែស្រាពណ៍ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ព.ស.២៥៧០ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី៤ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ លោកមេធាវី សាំង វណ្ណៈ ប្រធានគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានទទួលស្វាគមន៍លោកស្រី Ghislaine Seze មេធាវីកិត្តិយសនៃគណៈមេធាវី Bordeaux និងជាប្រធានមេធាវីឥតព្រំដែន ប្រទេសបារាំង (DSFAS) និងលោកស្រី Laure Desforges មេធាវីនៃគណៈមេធាវី Épinal និងជាអនុប្រធានមេធាវីឥតព្រំដែន ប្រទេសបារាំង (DSFAS) ក្នុងជំនួបពិភាក្សានៅគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។ គោលបំណងសំខាន់នៃកិច្ចពិភាក្សានេះ គឺផ្តោតលើការការពារសិទ្ធិស្ត្រី និងសិទ្ធិកុមារនៅកម្ពុជា។ ក្នុងនោះ ដោយគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ធ្លាប់មានកិច្ចសហការជាមួយមេធាវីឥតព្រំដែន ប្រទេសបារាំង កាលពីឆ្នាំ២០១៦ គណៈមេធាវីបានស្នើសុំលោកស្រីទាំងពីរ បន្តផ្តល់ការគាំទ្រ និងកិច្ចសហការដល់គណៈមេធាវីក្នុងវិស័យនេះ ព្រមទាំងស្នើសុំឱ្យមានការចែករំលែកឯកសារសំខាន់ៗពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងការការពារសិទ្ធិស្ត្រី និងសិទ្ធិកុមារ ដើម្បីជាធនធានបន្ថែមសម្រាប់គណៈមេធាវី។ ជាមួយគ្នានេះ គណៈមេធាវីក៏បានស្នើសុំឱ្យលោកស្រីទាំងពីរ ជួយចែករំលែកចំណេះដឹង និងបទពិសោធន៍ ព្រមទាំងចូលរួមបណ្តុះបណ្តាលមេធាវីកម្ពុជាលើវិស័យច្បាប់ព្រហ្មទណ្ឌអន្តរជាតិ និងច្បាប់ព្រហ្មទណ្ឌទូទៅ តាមរយៈការរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលា និងកម្មវិធីបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនានា។ កិច្ចពិភាក្សានេះ បានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅក្នុងបរិយាកាសប្រកបដោយភាពស្និទ្ធស្នាល និងបានផ្តល់លទ្ធផលប្រកបដោយផ្លែផ្កា ព្រមទាំងមានសារៈសំខាន់សម្រាប់ការពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាងគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងមេធាវីឥតព្រំដែន ប្រទេសបារាំង។ ជាចុងក្រោយ លោកមេធាវី សាំង វណ្ណៈ ប្រធានគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានថ្លែងអំណរគុណជូនលោកស្រីមេធាវីទាំងពីរ ចំពោះការអញ្ជើញមកជួបពិភាក្សា និងការបន្តផ្តល់កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការ និងការគាំទ្រដល់គណៈមេធាវី ព្រមទាំងបានជូនពរលោកស្រីទាំងពីរ ឱ្យទទួលបានជោគជ័យ និងសុខសុវត្ថិភាពក្នុងការបំពេញបេសកកម្មការងារ។

Discussion between the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia and Avocats Sans Frontières France

On Friday, 4th September, 2026, Attorney SAING Vannak, President of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia, welcomed Attorney Ghislaine Seze, Honorary Attorney of the Bordeaux Bar Association and President of Avocats Sans Frontières France (DSFAS), and Attorney Laure Desforges, Attorney of the Épinal Bar Association and Vice-President of Avocats Sans Frontières France (DSFAS), for a discussion meeting at the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia. The main purpose of the discussion was to focus on the protection of women’s and children’s rights in Cambodia. In this regard, given that the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia previously collaborated with Avocats Sans Frontières France in 2016, the Bar Association requested the two distinguished guests to continue providing support and cooperation in this area. The Bar Association also requested the sharing of important documents related to the protection of women’s and children’s rights as additional resources for the Bar Association. In addition, the Bar Association requested the two distinguished guests to share their knowledge and experience and contribute to the training of Cambodian lawyers in the fields of international criminal law and general criminal law through seminars and other training programs. The discussion was held in a cordial atmosphere and resulted in fruitful outcomes. It was also significant in strengthening cooperation between the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia and Avocats Sans Frontières France. At the conclusion of the meeting, Attorney SAING Vannak, President of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia, expressed his appreciation to both lawyers for their visit, continued cooperation, and support to the Bar Association. He also extended his best wishes to both lawyers for continued success and safety in carrying out their professional missions.
